Focus and Energy
People have often said that demons can come through the TV screens and mirrors.
I think its not the mirror or TV itself that is a "portal" or "doorway" for demonic beings, rather, they are focal points for us to pour our energy on a daily basis and thus build up enough energy to attract demonic entities to it. The focal point itself is not too important and can be anything; a mirror, a TV screen, a computer screen, a mobile phone, a statue, a stone, a grave, anything! THe main things is that the object must be focused on for extended periods of time and on a regular basis. Like combing your hair in the mirror every day. Or watching TV for hours daily. etc. In fact, it is the basis of all spiritual rituals, to focus on an object for extended periods daily. Think about any magic ritual or religious ritual. Religions and spiritual practitioners use rituals to conjour up energy (knowingly or unknowingly). However, people are inadvertently doing this too without realising (by constantly looking at their phones, playing on the computer screens, watching hours of tv, obsessively looking in the mirror, etc) and over time they are focusing so much energy on that object, that it is bound to attract energy beings like demonic entities.

3 wisest secrets
3 wisest secrets
1) Love Him (with your whole heart and soul)
2) Be (Continuously) Conscious of Him
3) (Happily) Accept whatever He decrees
How?
1) Abandon the world and follow the footsteps of His beloved to walk the straight-and-narrow path to His love
2)The present of the present is His presence
3)The key to feel free and happy is to self-surrender your internal intention to His external decree
What does that mean?
1)
Abandon the world (zuhd..Hate the world and its beauty like wealth, children, self, etc in your heart do not love anything other than God, not even His paradise)
follow the footsteps (sunnah)
of His beloved (Prophet Muhammad s.a.a.s.)
to walk the straight-and-narrow path (sirata l-mustaqeem)
to His love (mu7abbah)
2)
The present (gift)
of (focusing on) the present (not the past or future or internal symbolic models to filter and internalise and interpret the present but the actual external sensed present)
is (the awareness that you are in) His presence (taqwah)
3)
The key to feel free (feel because the reality is you are His servant and accepting that reality is part of what feels so liberating)
and happy (unhappiness is a sign that you are not doing this)
is to self-surrender (islam)
your internal intention (free will ..which has no affect on your actions but only your intentions and they are what give weight to your actions in judgement)
to His external decree (fate.. which affects everything in the universe including your actions)

Notes from the power of now
3 greatest secrets:
Key to God-Cautiousness (Taqwa) and Constant Remembrance of God
The present of the present is His presence
The present [gift] of (thinking about) the present [not past or future] is (the awareness that you are in) His presence [God-consciousness/Taqwah]
Supra-conscious = Meta-think. highest level. Enlightenment (aware of your own conscious thought processes... disasociated. neutral = Annotatively without judging etc. turning focus of consciousness on itself - better than un/subconscious )
Alternatively;
Un/Sub-conscious = Externally-Sense. Lowest level. Like children or animals. (fully aware of information input via external senses - touch taste sound sight.. With out internal processing. So its not dreaming or internalising at all. Switching off consciousness - also induced by supressing consciousness via sleep, drugs, alcohol, etc )
Or:
Chi = focus your consciousness on your inner body (start with breathing, or breathing in light to fill body) to feel it and it becomes energised.
BUT Not:
Conscious = ego. Time based (Past Memory, present models and future predictions). Associated. Judgemental critical over analytical thinking. Good for comparing or distinguishing and filtering information etc.
Think-efficiently (Stop thinking consciously and make your mind at peace with stillness. Only internally process when needed to avoid wasteful internal dialogue)
================================
Key to Happiness = Happily accept the decree
Suffering = your internal consciousness / free will / desire ....struggling / resisting against / self deluded.. external God's will / decree / fate ( Gods will happens wether your will agrees or not.so why suffer by disagreeing. Be happy by agreeing. Choose to surrender / self-surrender)
- Love God with all your heart and soul (Love - ma7abbah)
- Always remember Him (God-Cautiousness - taqwah)
- Happily Accept whatever He decrees (self-surrender - islam)

ahli muhammad s.a.a.s
in the daroud sharif we say:
"O God, send Godly-connections [i.e. blessings] on Muhammad and on Muhammad's family,
as you sent Godly-connections on Abraham and on Abraham's family
Really You are Most-Praised; Majestic...."
The literal meaning of Muhammad's family are his blood lineage, however, the better meaning of this are all those who love and follow him more than their own selves. As this was narrated in a hadith - his family are those who love him. It makes sense too, since if someone is of your family, you will naturally love them a lot, and so if you love someone a lot, they are like your family.
Therefore, whenever you say the daroud sharif, you pray for the Prophet s.a.a.s and also his family (i.e. all the pious muslims who love and follow him more than their own selves).
Following this logic, the family of Abraham a.s. are not simply his descendents (i.e. the Jews, Arabs, etc), but all those who love and follow his way of pure Monotheism (including those who ascribe themselves to another faith or no official doctrine, yet in their hearts they hold God as One)

Aqeedah
There are 3 main types of aqeedah within sunni islam (ahlus Sunnah wal jamaa3ah)
- Extreme Rationalists (Mu'tazilites)
- Extreme Traditionalists (Atharis)
- Middle-ground Traditional-Rationalists (Ash'aris)
The extreme rationalists (Mu'tazilites) are now extinct within the Islamic world - and have mostly been adopted as a way of thinking for the "western" (non-islamic) world.
The extreme traditionalists (Atharis) are known as "Salafis" today. They deny all use of rational logic as an extreme reaction to the Mu'tazilites. They claim all logic and rational thinking stems from foreign influence (i.e. ancient greeks) and that the salaf (first three generations from the Prophet s.a.a.s) used absolutely NO rational judgements whatsoever (is that even possible?) or perhaps that they could use it but avoided it (there seems to be evidence to the contrary however). This view, although being propagated by Salafis, has always been a minority view held by followers of Imaam Ahmad Hanbal (a pious tabi3een traditionalist BUT not the founder of the school of thought known as Hanbali - which was started by his students AFTER his death!!!)
The middle-ground (Ash'aris) was laid down by a tabi3een who was once a Mu'tazilite (extreme rationalist) but after having a dream of the prophet s.a.a.s. became a strong opponent against extreme rationalism and thus laid down the foundations followed by the majority of the tabi3een and sahabah.

- Hukum Shari3ah (Revelation - - - e.g. Qur'an, Sunnah, Actions of Sahabah, etc). This is the firm foundations for a muslims knowledge base. (an Athari would stop here - claiming this contains everything we need to know, however, the Ash'aris continue)
- Hukum aadat (Laws of nature - - - e.g. Science, Physics, etc). This can serve as a filler for gaps in the knowledge base.
- Hukum 3aql (Rational Logic - - e.g. deductive logic). This is the scaffolding built upon a rich knowledge base that can bridge any remaining gaps in knowledge, or even deduce new knowledge from old)
